So this weekend I sampled and then devoured one of Chile's most interesting concoctions, called a "Papapleto"
This delicious treat is a combination of a completo (hot dog with avocado, tomato and mayo) and papas (as in papa fritas/ french fries). Thus instead of a hot dog, this bun is filled with french fries, smothered in fresh tomatoes and avocados.
